Camps will be located outdoors. Locations will vary depending on the day and time of your camp. Camps are held at the following locations: Columbus Riverwalk, The Fitness Factor and Baptist Memorial Hospital Track.
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Individuals of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity.
Exercises include: TRX suspension training, core conditioning, functional training, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, interval training and more!
Camps are typically held outdoors. Directions will be given at your first assessment. You will receive your schedule prior to camp.
All camps vary based on fitness level but a typical day at camp consists of a warm up, cardio activity, plyometric and high intensity drills, functional and traditional strength training followed by a cool down and group stretch.
All camps will last one hour and will consist of a total body work out!
Currently we are offering our SUMMER SHAPE UP SPECIAL rate of only $99 per camp!
Campers will also receive a discounted membership rate at The Fitness Factor and a discounted rate on small group personal training.
Camps will be held twice weekly for one hour.
Spring camps will begin June 1st and 2nd. The new camp schedule is as follows:
Monday/Wednesday 5:30 a.m.
8:30 a.m.
Tuesday/Thursday 5:30 p.m.
Summer camp sessions will begin every 4 weeks. The camps dates for Summer 2011 are:

EVERYONE! All fitness level are welcome and all participate. There will be lower impact options given for beginners. We also offer Level 1 camps for new campers and Level 2 camps for more advanced participants.
Results vary by participant. Some see results faster than others. On average, over a four week period, campers lost 2-3lbs, 2-3% body fat and 3 inches
Trainers will give campers guidance on what to do on their days off. In order to achieve the best results, it is important for participants to follow the suggestions given by their trainer.
Participants should bring water, towel and a good attitude! We will provide the rest!
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you’ll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind.
If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp. There is no cash refund.
Extenuating circumstances will be presented to the director for a final decision.
